Delivery Information - Within Australia
SLOGAN Pty Ltd offers delivery Australia wide by various couriers pending size and costs. Delivery costs are calculated when checking out with your product. Allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Returns/Exchanges
If within 14 days of the delivery date you wish to exchange them for a different design or color, please email us at ‘info@slogan.com.au’. Returns made after 14 days will not be considered. Goods will only be accepted for an exchange if they have not been used, worn or damaged. Goods ordered with the assumption they were a different brand, look or feel will not be refunded.

SLOGAN PTY LTD guarantees this product against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials for 12 months use from date of purchase. This guarantee excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with care instructions, accidental damage or misuse.
However, if the product included a number of accessories only the defective product or accessory will be replaced.

All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer. The original shipping costs are not refundable. A 10% administration fee will be charged on all refunds to cover processing costs. Please note we do not supply refunds on sale items.

Cancellation
Please notify us immediately at ‘info@slogan.com.au’ if you wish to cancel your order. A 10% administration fee will be charged on all cancellations to cover processing costs.

Your credit card will be charged in Australian Dollars for the amount shown with AUD $ as the currency and the converted amounts shown here are not necessarily the exact amounts that will appear on your credit card statement as international currency exchange rates are prone to change beyond the control of Slogan Pty Ltd.
